New WITH cosmetic issues. NO HARDWARE or original packaging. Please read entire description. First if it looks like the bar is bent in the first photograph it is NOT. Our photo booth(an old bathtub) has a hump in the middle. There are cosmetic blemishes on the ends of the cross bars. Bars spin in place which, despite never being installed, has caused damage to the finish. The bar that protrudes down also has cosmetic damage where it attaches to the top assembly(see last 2 pictures). The rest of the rack is in excellent condition as it was still in its original plain clear plastic bag which protected it from scuffs/scratches. "Bronze" finish is very dark. Regular MSRP $440 and member price of $330.
