Paper Towel Holder This paper towel holder would make an amazing accent to any kitchen or bathroom. The finial on top is removable to allow for the paper towel to be placed. The entire piece has been hand painted in an antique gold finish to match virtually all decors. The base and finial are made of hydrostone, which is high quality plaster. The center tube is made of steel as well as the tube that is connected to the finial. MEASUREMENTS: Approximately 22" tall when the finial is in place.
