Primitive Wooden Folding Towel Holder, Unusual, Versatile Piece
Here is a unique country primitive piece for your consideration. This double folding ladder like towel holder can be used in many ways - a very versatile piece. Measuring 22 inches long and 14 inches tall when flat, and half that when folded closed, the rack can expand just as much or little as you please to suit your area. There are three rungs or bars on each side with the two sides attached by brass hinges. This holder is small enough to sit on a counter top but could easily be converted to a hanging piece with some wood blocks added to the back to bring it out from the wall. The wood slats used to make this are about 7/8 x 3/4 inch. This is a one of a kind piece built to meet the builders needs. Include this nice piece with your other country primitives, drape it with towels or fabric, cover it to provide a quick and easy backdrop. When positioning it on its side with the hinges up it could store small books or files.
