Kitschy Hobo or Clown mounted on clip is in good used condition. It does have chips, paint wear, scratches and stray marks. What’s on the nose may be just how it was made or maybe crazing, not sure but nose isn’t cracked and feels smooth. Some of the chips look like they are colored in to camouflage them.
