Still in great working condition.
It was patented in 1944 but I believe this was made in the 1950's era.
Top opens with allen wrench.
Measures about 7" tall and 4-1/2" wide.
Sold by S&E Chemical Co. Chicago, IL.
Came out of an old Sinclair Gas Station in Central WI.
