Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Most lighter/smaller items will be shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS Ground does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not have the ability to offer customer pick up from our location.

Due to our low selling prices, we are unable to offer any refunds for shipping charges.

Due to Canadian Customs and Postal Service, items shipped to Canada may take up to 30 days for delivery if shipped via International First Class Service.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all cases of refunded items.

Refunds will be made within 7 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions. We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.
